Sanjay has over 20 years of experience in sales, marketing and data processing with expertise in design and implementation of marketing databases. Mr. Vrudhula worked at Dell Computer Corporation and operated his own direct marketing business prior to forming CRI.

Michelle Vrudhula
Vice President of Operations and Finance
Michelle has 20 years experience in technical and logistical operations, project management, and customer service; and four years of experience in human resources. Ms. Vrudhula uses her highly developed skill for details to oversee all aspects of a research project from briefing and sample management to fielding and data entry.

Lyle Durbin
Vice President of Client Services
Lyle has over 12 years of experience in CATI programming and data analysis packages. Mr. Durbin's exceptional ability in managing all technical aspects of a project—from sample management and questionnaire programming to daily, final and cross-tabulated reporting/analysis—offers CRI clients peace of mind the quality of data they receive is the highest attainable in the industry. Mr. Durbin also continues to research the latest available technology to keep CRI on the cutting edge of call center efficiency.

Dave Roberts, PhD
Vice President of Research
Dave has been a full-service market researcher for over 25 years, conducting over a thousand surveys and over 3,000 focus groups. Dave's services include study design, questionnaire development, analysis, reporting,  presenting, and focus group moderating. He received his PhD in Communication from the University of Oregon, was Vice President of Programming & Research for the CBS FM Radio Group and the RKO Radio Networks, and spent many years as an independent research consultant.
